The Androscoggin County Democratic Committee is dedicated to promoting the ideals and principles of the Democratic Party. The goals of the Androscoggin County Democratic Committee are as follows:

• Encourage voter participation
• Advocate for the issues consistent with the principles of the Democratic party
• Promote the ideals and principles of the Democratic Party through the support of our party's candidates
• Encourage voter participation at all elections
• Promote, aid and assist all Democratic nominees in all general elections
• Evaluate policies, programs and administrations of opposition parties for the purpose of informing the general public.
